Transform Creatively is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support schools and education focused organizations as artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in teaching, learning, and leadership.

Many schools are being asked to adopt or respond to AI without clear expectations, shared decision making structures, or ethical guidance. This often leads to confusion for educators, inconsistent experiences for students, and increased risk for school leaders.

Transform Creatively exists to help schools respond with clarity rather than reaction.

We partner with school leaders, educators, and mission driven institutions to design responsible AI systems that guide instructional practice, assessment, leadership decisions, and communication. Our work focuses on helping schools establish clear norms for AI use, redesign learning and assessment to preserve intellectual rigor, and align emerging technologies with institutional values.

Rather than promoting tools or products, we support schools in building systems that protect learning quality, leadership credibility, and community trust.

Our partnerships prioritize schools and organizations that lack access to high cost consulting or internal AI expertise. This includes faith based schools, community centered institutions, and organizations serving historically underserved populations.

We work collaboratively with schools to design responsible AI systems that connect instructional practice, assessment integrity, leadership judgment, and institutional values. Rather than focusing on tools, we focus on systems. Rather than reacting to problems after they occur, we help schools build structures that reduce risk before harm happens.
